What data we collect

Only what you give us in the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), topic and message. We also store the language and the page you wrote from. We never ask for payment details on this website.

How we use it

• To answer your inquiry.
• To follow up if you asked about our automation services.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Who we share it with

We use providers to host the website (Cloudflare), receive and store the form (n8n) and manage email (Google). They only process the data to provide that service to us.

Virtual assistant chat

The website chat is handled by an artificial intelligence assistant. Your messages are processed through n8n and an AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the reply. Do not type card details, passwords or other sensitive information in the chat. If you'd rather talk to a person, use our WhatsApp.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your inquiry. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing info@rachelyjorge.com. If you live in California or another state with its own privacy laws, you also have the rights those laws give you.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Cookie policy

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores the language you choose and a temporary chat conversation ID in your browser, which is deleted when you close the tab. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and Cloudflare measures visits anonymously, without cookies.

If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent when required.
