A family building a business in Miami

We're Rachel and Jorge, a Cuban family from Santa Clara based in Hialeah. We started this company to have a business of our own, and we found our path in online sales.

We do everything ourselves: we pick the products, pack the orders, film the content and answer every customer. To work smarter we automate with artificial intelligence and n8n, and today we help other businesses do the same.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I buy Pryglox™ products?

At pryglox.com and our TikTok Shop (Pryglox US). We ship across the United States from Florida with FedEx or UPS.

How long does shipping take?

We process orders in 1 to 3 business days. After that, Standard shipping takes about 3 to 7 business days and Express about 2 to 3. You get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Can I return a product?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used pads cannot be returned. Email info@pryglox.com with your order number and we will guide you.

What AI automation services do you offer?

We build assistants that answer your customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, email or your website, order alerts and tracking, social media content, and connections between Shopify, Google Sheets, your CRM and email. We test everything in our own store first. The first consultation is free with no commitment.

What is n8n?

It is a tool that connects your apps (Shopify, WhatsApp, Gmail, spreadsheets…) so repetitive tasks run on their own. Combined with artificial intelligence, it can read, sort and reply to messages.

Do you offer support in Spanish?

Yes. We help customers in English and Spanish, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern Time. Outside those hours, our virtual assistant replies instantly.
